Offset Printing
Speed has become the hallmark of modern printing. Speed to turn multi-colour work around faster than ever. Speed to lower makeready times and wash-ups to reduce costs. Many computerised and automated features mean that multi-colour printing, especially process printing, has never been so easy or affordable.
Having complete in-house facilities means a client can request products that range in all stock weights from one colour to multi-colour and those that may also incorporate novelty embellishments such as die cut shapes.
Print House’s press room comprises three multi-colour litho offset presses including eight- and six-colour B2 size Komori Lithrones with automatic plate changing, print quality control and colour management software. For smaller format production we also have a two-colour SRA3 Heidelberg Speedmaster.
Digital Printing
The Fuji Iridesse Production Press complements our print production suite with added functionality
With up to six colours in one pass including gold, silver, clear, white, and CMYK this press is ideal for high quality, short to medium run, personalised and customised projects. The Iridesse is a digital press which produces comparably to the production of our main presses but without the cost of plates. This machine is ideal for short run and variable data applications. However, once the run length increases our offset presses may be a more cost effective option.
